The Holidays are upon us. It can be distracting. However, to use an old chestnut 'the best defense is a good offense". I would say a STRONG offense is even better. You need a plan.
To keep you going, instead of a single challenge, this month's focus will be short one or two day activities. Check back often for different challenges. And, if any activity really works, repeat it as often you like.
The single goal - eliminating the holiday/end of the year added pounds. Just maintaining your weight is a victory worth celebrating. Losing, well that's icing on the cake.
