I powerwalked/ranemoticon on the treadmill which was fun, because I just put some new music on my phone!Can you say 5.73milesemoticon

Right after that I did Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" workout and I felt like such a rookie doing this workout today emoticon. I used emoticon3lb weights for the workout and had to put them down a couple of times but I finished the workout, so I am proud of myself!emoticon

I love reading about your power walking!! It sounds like such an amazing place to walk!!

Sun. I took off because of my run on Sat.
Mon. I did 20 min. elliptical and BL wii workout.
Today, I have already done 40min. intervals (1:1) on the elliptical and now I'm going to work out with my kids... ST and quickfire challenge!

I ran 14k today (10:1s) then walked 1k for cool down. It wasn't fast, but I did it! emoticon ...longest I have run since training for a half marathon 3 years ago... then I found out we were expecting our twins, and that was the end of running!

I did BLwii... just over 1 hr. total with warm-up, work out and cool-down... then did quick fire challenge (cross knee crunches) plus the bonus muffin top leg lifts

Thanks! This is great to keep me motivated!

Today, I did intervals on the elliptical for 20 min. then after the twins went down for their sleep, I did another workout with our 3 oldest! It was fun... they did the quickfire challenge for the day with me (side shuffles) for 10 min. (intervals) then we did planks together... then they did some other exercises and I did more strength training! It was great!- especially thinking of things to talk about when doing planks to keep our minds off the pain!! lol

oops! emoticon haven't posted in a bit...

yesterday I did 20 min. intervals on the elliptical (1 min. as fast as I can go, then 1 min. recovery), then some strength exercises and the quickfire challenge (back extensions)

today I did a BL workout- 36 min. then a 10 min. challenge... will also do the quickfire challenge today (push-ups)

I did 20min. elliptical, then Biggest Loser wii fitness program- about 15 min. (high aerobic)... also did about 2 1/2 hrs. of gardening- digging up grass for a new garden!
