I powerwalked/ran emoticon on the treadmill which was fun, because I just put some new music on my phone!Can you say 5.73miles emoticon

Right after that I did Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" workout and I felt like such a rookie doing this workout today emoticon . I used emoticon 3lb weights for the workout and had to put them down a couple of times but I finished the workout, so I am proud of myself! emoticon

I went emoticon powerwalking with my friend this morning-we did 3miles!!!

Right after that I came home and did my Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps workout emoticon

After that I did my Ab Ripper workout emoticon emoticon

After I got my kids off to school I went Powerwalking with some friends emoticon
We did 5 miles!!! emoticon
