Didn't do well on the elliptical today. My heart rate was already up a little so I had to go slower to stay at MHR. I didn't burn as many calories or go as far, but I felt good. I also did 5 strength
machines. I have finally gotten through all the machines in three days. I'm really enjoying it.

Barely squeaked in the freggies. Sucked up the DP, though.
