Texasgal....count those anyway, if it's the way you get your water in, it is still considered good for you (as long as you count if they have calories).
It took me along time to get up to drinking the 8 cups a day and some days it is still hard. I was a big diet coke drinker and I have tried to limit it to one can a day. One week I really made an effort to drink as much water as I could and I lost more weight...there has to be a conection!
