I was in on calories on Thursday, but no extra walking. I did walk for all of my errands and my lunch on Friday, so that helped make up for it.

Sunday, calories, walking, freggies and fiber. Big plans for me!

Thanks! The weather was beautiful and it took us four hours to walk the 13.1 miles. I'm sore now, but not too bad.

I walked for over an hour with my friend this morning and then had a hecka good day off.
