I'm so glad you are going to make the effort to walk for Breast Cancer. I have to say, I'm a little jealous. I have been registered for the one in Charlotte, NC in October since before Christmas. Just as I started increasing my walking time/miles, I developed tendonitis in my right foot. Now, if I walk more than a couple miles, I suffer severe pain. It usually takes a couple weeks to get it healed again. So, right now, I have to give up on that dream and plan for next year.
I wish you the best! The link you gave apparently does not work. Could you repost it?

I have made the committment to walk 39.3 miles for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in October and need to start training for it! My challenge is to walk a minimm of 3 miles a day or night to get used to the walking.
You can check out the link in my siggy for my Walk Page! Of course, I would accept all donations! haha
