well, so far today, i have had about 5 glasses of water and 3 servings of fruits and veggies. i still have several hours before my shift ends at work, so i will have no problem getting the water in. i have had to work really hard just to get the fruits and veggies in. i also did one of the spark videos for strength training on the lower body.

This is actually for the 4th, God bless my health conscious friend that made all these dishes yesterday! I got in 9 glasses of water, 4 fruits, 5 vegetables, and I did weight training for my lower body and abs.

If water's a big problem for you start by mixing a weak batch of cordial. (I don't know what you guys in the US call it.)

As you get aquired to the taste mix it a little weaker and in no time at all you'll be enjoying water!

Or for an even healthier option try a squeeze of lemon juice.

As for veggies, mix them into your normal meals. Mash them into potato, mix them into spaghetti sauce or bake them with a little salt, pepper and olive oil!

I'll get in on this challenge, mainly for the water. Since I'm vegan I never have trouble getting in enough fresh fruits and veggies lol. But drinking enough water is kind of hard for me. I'm on my way now to get my first glass (I work nights so I haven't been up long).
