Eco, thanks for posting that idea. I have those torn out articles and recipies in various piles throughout the house...What a great idea to put them in one place..As for the vision board....DO IT. Put it in a place you see everyday. Mine is in the exercise room and I look and think about each item every day. It helps the time go by on the treadmil plus it keeps you focused on the positive things you want in your life.

I hadn't really taken the Vision collage idea seriously, but I think I'll give it a try.

Thanks for the inspiration!

I need to put one up. Sounds like a great idea as well as a very good activity to solidify why we want to change our lifestyle.

Oh yes, my vision board has helped. I keep it on my dresser so that each morning when I go to get dressed, it's right there. It helps me feel positive and it also reminds me to get dressed for a morning workout instead of getting dressed just for the day. I also have it as my profile pic like Hatchettjob did to hers. It reminds me of why I do this everytime I log onto Spark.

I had a similar idea. I'm new to the whole vision board/ law of attraction concepts, but I am definitely interested.

I'm curious is your vision board helping you?

Okay, so I was lounging on the sofa and reading my fitness magazines (I'm addicted to Self, Fitness, and Shape)when I thought to myself, why not take the vision collage one step further? I don't know about you all, but I like certain articles out of magazines and spark, but I don't necessarily want piles of magazines stacked in the house because of one or two snippets of it. I decided I'm going to use one of my old three ring binders and put clear plastic paper holders in it with the clips of articles/pictures/tips that I love and can go back to if I wanted. This has now gone onto a Vision Book, lol! I'm sure after I get quite a few of these I'll have to categorize them with separators (nutrition, motivational, fitness, beauty, etc), but for now, just the binder works. I like this idea because I can flip through this book whenever I lack motivation or need a recipe that is low calorie but a great for you dessert.
