Breakfast Smoothie:
6oz nonfat fruit flavored yogurt
6oz keifer milk
1/3 cup dry rolled oats
1 c fruit

This has just over 425 calories in it depending on what type of fruit you use, but will stay with you for hours and hours. A great way to start the day!

Breakfast:

1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup del monte tropical fruit salad
4oz tropicana orange juice

Lunch:
Smart One or Healthy Choice Meal
1/2 cup Fruit salad or Pineapple or apple sauce

Dinner:
1 serving ore ida golden crinkle fries
2 slices nature own white wheat bread
1 omaha steak hamburger
1 slice american cheese
onions
tomato
lettuce
Dill Pickle spear or ovals


Always drink water sometimes plain or add shake and go packets 5 cal per serving your choice

It’s up to me to meet my goals! I plan to participate in a bike ride: “Ride Like A Nut”
