6oz keifer milk
1/3 cup dry rolled oats
1 c fruit
This has just over 425 calories in it depending on what type of fruit you use, but will stay with you for hours and hours. A great way to start the day!

4oz tropicana orange juice
Smart One or Healthy Choice Meal
1/2 cup Fruit salad or Pineapple or apple sauce
1 serving ore ida golden crinkle fries
2 slices nature own white wheat bread
1 omaha steak hamburger
1 slice american cheese
Dill Pickle spear or ovals
Always drink water sometimes plain or add shake and go packets 5 cal per serving your choice
