Whole Wheat Mini Pita Pizza's

* Whole Wheat Mini Pita bread
* Tomato Sauce (small can - can make 3-4 mini pizza's)
* Low Fat Shredded Cheese
* Turkey Sausage Pepporoni

PreHeat Oven: 350

Prepare mini pizza's:
-Place Pita bread on bake sheet.
-Spread Sauce on pita bread
-Spread Cheese & Turkey sausage on to bread

Place in oven for 15 minutes!!
BOOM - Great snack/meal for you & family

Chili Cheese dog nachos (Hungry Girl 1-2-3)

Ingredients
2cup low-fat turkey or veggie chili
3 fat free or nearly fat free franks, sliced into 1/2in pieces
1 7oz bag baked tortilla chips
1/2cup chopped onions
3 slices fat free American cheese, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup fat free sour cream

Directions
preheat broiler

bring skillet (sprayed w/nonstick spray) add chili and franks cook 3min until heated set aside

arrange chips on over safe platter. top chips with chili frank mixture then add onions. top evenly with cheese strips

place under broiler for 2min, until cheese begins to melt and bubble.

top w/ sour cream

makes 7 servings

sodium 674mg
carbs 36g
fiber 4.25g
sugar 4g
protein 13g

Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad (Hungry Girl under 200 Calorie)

Ingredients
1 16oz pack dry broccoli slaw mix
12oz cooked skinless lean chicken breast chopped
1 cup chopped water chestnuts, drained sliced into thin strips
1 cup canned mandarin orange segment packed in water or juice, drained and chopped (rinse if packed in juice)
1 cup chopped scallions
3/4 cup Newman's Own Lighten U Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing

Direction
In large bowl, toss all ingredients together until mixed well refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir well.
