Whilst there is a pool at the hospital I work for, I have never used it so I have no idea how busy it is or what is allowed. Pool running sounds good though!

Sorry to hear that. Can you do pool running at your pool? It is a great option while you are injured.

I was fitted for new running shoes on 27 August and the guy only looked at the wear on my shoes before pronouncing me to be a neutral runner. The shoes he suggested gave me a case of acute peroneal tendonitis which will keep me from running for a few weeks. So frustrating!

Luckily the shop took the shoes back and re-evaluated my feet so I now have a better suited pair waiting for my ankle to heal. In the meantime, it's time to hit the pool.
