Is there anyone interested in teaming up to train for a 5k and 10k? I've just completed my first ever 5k race and I've come away with two goals:
1. Get my 5k time under 30 minutes (currently around 35min)
2. Run a 10k before I turn 30 (at the end of Sept 2012)
I want to try and do the spark your way to a 10k program http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitnes
and cross train with swimming, rollerblading and spinning.
