Last October on my Birthday, I was out early running and I laughed at myself. I was NEVER a morning person... and the year before, if anyone told me I would be getting up early to RUN I would have not believed it!!!
Congrats!!!! I work out every morning before work. Mon, Tues, Thur & Friday I am at the gym at 6:30 and on Wed. I do a spin class at 5:45 a.m. I never, ever thought I would be able to keep this up but I feel so great after exercising in the am it is just the perfect start to my day. I make my smoothie when I get to work and I am always in such a great mood. I love exercising in the am. It has now become a routine, and hopefully it will for you too. I'm so happy for you!!!!!!! Plus once you get home from work it is nice to know you have your evening to do what you want without feeling guilty about not exercising. Keep it Up!

Finally! I woke myself up early this morning and took a run/walk for 30 minutes before work. This is a major breakthrough for me because I've never gotten up early to exercise before work, EVER.
I recently got engaged and have serious incentive to get healthy before my wedding day this coming December. I had allowed myself to get a bit too lazy since my engagement last month and the thought of working out was causing me great displeasure. It wasn't actually the working out that was the worst part. Once I start exercising, I feel great! It's the anticipation of transitioning from a comfy lifestyle on the couch to a more active one that includes pushing myself to do things that I normally wouldn't do,...like run in the morning.
Now that I've finally crossed this hurdle I feel awesome and I just wanted to share it with the rest of you!
