HERE I AM BETH!!

Computer bugs got me! Sorry! They were really mean and wouldnt let me use my computer at all!

I am back now though after alot of cleaning and restoring.

I think since its so late in the week I am going to start fresh Monday with 1 goal and go from there.

Will post goal on Monday morning!!!

I just finished yet another great turbo fire workout. I burned 464 calories in the 53 minute workout, and I always feel so refreshed when I am done with it. I had another great week with my calories, and the 3 lbs are staying off. Now to make it through the weekend with no gain, and to make the scale get out to of the 150's is the next goal!

Well I did pretty good last week on my excercise wasnt perfect but I am satisfied. I only missed wednesday. I walked and cleaned thursday and friday and then saturday WOW I hiked several 2-3 hour STRENUOUS trails at Petit Jean state park with my hubby and two boys. It was so much fun!!!! we had a blast! Sunday I had to unpack and clean. Monday I didnte do much walked thats about it.30 min at the most. havent had time to log any of it yet but I will.
How is everyone one else doing?

Hi guiys sorry I was off for the weekend. I had a major trauma in the family and had family down all weekend. No big deal now its all worked out and up and going but yest (monday) I had to work and was too busy to check in.

I MADE IT LAST WEEK.
Friday I walked for about 10 mins not much but it was something.
Saturday I packed and moved my mom from 11 am -9pm an dbelieve me I didnt sit down not 1 time for a break!! Plus it was 101 with heat index of 110.
Sunday I walked for about 30 min
So I DID IT!!! WOOHOO!

This weeks goal is going to be the same and to just cut back on my food a little. I am making small steps not huge drastic ones. I only have 16-20 lbs to loose and i can do it if I go slow.

Great work guys keep those streaks going!!!!

1)drink 6 of my colored water glasses each day for total of 96 oz
2)ST 10 min. 3x week

JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I THINK I LOST 3 LBS THIS WEEK AND I CREDIT IT TO ALL THE WATER I'VE CONSUMED!! WOOHOO!! I'M GOING TO TRY TO KEEP AT IT BUT I WON'T BE BACK ON HERE FROM WED THRU MONDAY.

65 minute run, the pace was ok, but according to my ortho I should run for time not pace to heal. Not too bad of a run since it was back to back with the 35 minute run yesterday.

Well wednesday wasnt much cause I had church and i had to go from there to the bank in town (30min there and 30 min back) By the time I got home it was 9pm an ddinner hadn't been started so the Spark video was all I got but hey, Atleast I got something.

Great job everybody!! MELODIE; you ROCK chick!! lol Sooooo proud of you!! One day @ a time; one step @ a time you're gonna find your groove & that's just all out cool!

I think I'll stick with staying up with my running schedule + my push-ups challenge as meeting the demands of the two will most definitely be a challenge.

So far so good on that; rocked out a 4 mile "easy" yesterday & going to drop & give me 90 something (5 sets) on the push-ups this morning. Have to move speed drills to tomorrow or Friday morn cuz I've been called to the office. BUT I will get them in!
