You will absolutely notice a difference in how your body looks. Like CASSIOEPIA, I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I'm definitely shrinking. You might even want to measure yourself every couple of weeks or so. You will see a difference!
I agree with the others, since I've started running, my jiggly parts definitely aren't as jiggly anymore. Bonus points if you strength train as well!! Happy running!

When I started the C25k program, I went down two pant sizes in the nine week period -- even though I only lost three pounds. You will be gaining muscle with is firmer than fat, and yes, it is noticeable.
The mental benefits are pretty amazing too.
How much can one expect to firm with running? Is it a noticeable difference?
