yep, i agree with nancy. an incline of 10% is something that has to be work up to over a long period of time and should be done in short distances, infrequently.

This can be VERY damaging to the knees...incline work should be done only once, maybe once every other week max and you don't have to go at such a steep incline, unless you want to tear an ACL or do damage to your meniscus. I say stop before you to irreparable damage.

I tried to burn more calories by jogging on the incline at about 10%. I did it on and off for three days or so. I've done incline before but my knees are still a bit sore after 9 days already. Is this good for my knee muscles? Is it getting stronger or should I stop? Maybe it sounds silly but maybe it's sore because I had weak muscles.
Anyone have suggestions for me? Thank You
