This can be VERY damaging to the knees...incline work should be done only once, maybe once every other week max and you don't have to go at such a steep incline, unless you want to tear an ACL or do damage to your meniscus. I say stop before you to irreparable damage.

Hello I tried to burn more calories by jogging on the incline at about 10%. I did it on and off for three days or so. I've done incline before but my knees are still a bit sore after 9 days already. Is this good for my knee muscles? Is it getting stronger or should I stop? Maybe it sounds silly but maybe it's sore because I had weak muscles. Anyone have suggestions for me? Thank You
