]I was just thinking about that. My Maintenance Team revamped their challenges to be more effective and oriented to our purpose.
There doesn't have to be many challenges.
Possibly change the wording of "Exercise 30 minutes (700 month) per day" to Exercise 30 Minutes five times a week.
Possibly eliminate the group walk and revisit that if we ever get participation.
Possibly expand "Post 1 message to daily thread 1 time per day." to "Post 1 message to any forum once a day." just to get more participation.
Possible adds include: Run/walk 6 miles per week, Stay within your calorie limit 7 days a week, Post to the Group about your progress once a week, Visit Sparkpeople, before I visit any other social network 3 times per week, Track your Nutrition once a day, Earn 500 Sparkpoints per month
Just food for thought. I know I will support any of them. Anyone? Anyone?
