I don't see that option... are you talking about the 'favorites' menu? There's nothing there that looks like I can add it to a routine. Is it possible that this is an unlockable feature I might not have reached yet? Or is that a feature of the Wii Fit plus? Because I only have the regular Wii Fit.

Yes, there is. When you get to the menu where you can choose Yoga, strength, aerobics, etc., click on the bottom choice (can't remember the name). It will take you to what appears to be a locker room. There you will be able to click on whichever yoga and strength exercises that you want to add to "your" workout routine. Then whenever you want to do "your" routine go to the locker room and hit "my routine" and the exercise will flow one to the other.

There also is a choice on that page to let the Wii put together a workout based on what you want.

Hope this made sense.

EX: I have a mix of yoga and strength for a total of 31 min.

I'm brand new to Wii fit, and I was wondering if there's any way to set up a workout or something continuous. Especially with things like the yoga poses, they're very short and having to press 'quit' and then choose the next one feels very 'stop-start' and really gets in the way of trying to get into any rhythm. Anything I can do?
