Yes, there is. When you get to the menu where you can choose Yoga, strength, aerobics, etc., click on the bottom choice (can't remember the name). It will take you to what appears to be a locker room. There you will be able to click on whichever yoga and strength exercises that you want to add to "your" workout routine.Then whenever you want to do "your" routine go to the locker room and hit "my routine" and the exercise will flow one to the other.
There also is a choice on that page to let the Wii put together a workout based on what you want.

EX: I have a mix of yoga and strength for a total of 31 min.
