I would think that most of the exercises that require the board would be safe for arthritis, with the exception of boxing. If you have bad hips, the hula hoop might not be that comfortable. But the bike and obstacle course games should be good. You might be able to do tennis, but it would depend on your shoulders.
i want to know what exercise can you do on wii fit with osteoarthritis, i would like to get wii bike later on in time. at the mo i have a 3 wheel trike which helps. trouble is it's all hills round here........
