These are cool "tips", although I have unlocked them just by doing most of this stuff and didn't know it was a secret! emoticon

I also had fun on my birthday Saturday b/c the little wii board had a Birthday hat on and threw confetti in the air! And yesterday he had another little hat on and played an "April Fools Joke" on me! So cute!!!

I get on my Wii to do a body test everyday!!

I do the expert ride usually daily since last week. When started my time always ran out at an hour with usually 1 or 2 flags left. I have mastered it this week at finding all the flags within 30 minutes, twice. I tried the one where u have to find the beach balls that doesnt show up till u get up to them, but I was only able to find 2 balls. Didnt like that :(

I tie the remote around my neck when jogging. Another thing to do is get a dog when you are riding a bike and try to get it to run into objects or off of bridges and cliffs. Has anyone played expert level on the bikes? I couldn't find a way up to the top of the mountain to get the last flag.

Ok ladies, the best place I have found for my remote is in my sports bra (between the girls) it gives me a better run with the mii.

ELLAMARIE13,

I have the same problem and found that the stride of my son is shorter so the Wii registers him better. I am taller and older my stride is higher and longer.

Hope this helps

2010 is my year to reach goal!

I find it no matter how well you do your best in 2 player running. The first player always win.My son is 3 1/2 and he hardley moves his feet. I run my but off and it always gives the win to him. He is always the main controls. The main player always wins.

when i do the run, i wear a hooded sweatshirt & put the wiimote in the kangaroo pouch. that works really well for me, & the running seems very consistent.

I have been using a fanny pack for quite awhile now. I love it. I put the remote in one pocket and my ipod in another. I have found that if the fanny pack is too loose, it make Wii think I am going way too fast and makes my Mii fall down. So I tighten it up a bit and put it below my belly....one day I hope that I won't have a belly to put it under.
I do the free run and I really enjoy pushing myself. I set it up for 30 minutes. I run hard for 10 minutes, then I dance for the next 10 and go back to running/fast walking for the last 10.
The Wii doesn't like it when I dance because my steps aren't even, but I ignore the messages

I used to hold it in my hand, and got horrible results. Someone suggested putting it in my sports bra or under the shoulder strap of my bra and both work well. I get great results when I tuck the controller in my bra, between the girls (cleavage.) Obviously this only works if you are female! emoticon

I had the same problem, and only one pair of my running shorts has pockets.

I found an old nylon fanny-pack and have been using that, seems to be working fine.

They say to put the controller in a pocket. I do that or tuck it into my waistband.

Y_RFAN1: I can't get the mii to run at my pace unless I hold the controller next to my chest. Then it seems to do better. But when I swing my arms while I'm running, it slows WAAY down. It's kind of awkward to hold the controller like that, but it's the only way I can do it and keep the right pace.

WiiFit Secrets

Unlock Challenge mode in muscle workouts:

Get a 4 star on both reps in Press up and side stand , the Jackknife and parallel stretch to gain the challenge mode for this workout ( note: to gain the 2nd workout/ reps you need to do well in the first one so that the trainer tells you that you are doing well and should go for more reps/ seconds.)

How to Unlock:

Pressup challenge Get a four star on both the 6 reps and 10 reps mode to unlock the Pressup challenge

Jackknife challenge Get a four star in both the 10 sec workout and the 20 sec workout to gain the Jacknife challenge

Parrallel stretch challenge Get a four star in both the 30 sec and 60 sec workout to earn the parrallel stretch challenge

Unlockables

(As a General rule to unlock new features play the previous games or complete the highest amount of reps or do more Body tests.)

Free Jogging: Do the Island lap 2-3 times

"Ok stamp": Attend 2 Body Tests

"Star stamp": Attend 5 Body Tests

Heart Stamp: Attend 7 Body Tests

Flower Stamp: Attend 10 Body Tests

Stamp of your Mii: Attend 30 body tests

Smiley Face Stamp: Attend 14 Body Tests

Unlockable Fitpiggy (Bank) Colors:
Earn enough 'Fitcash' by playing the various balance games and your Fitpiggy will do a little dance and change colour!

Bronze Fitpiggy: Accumulate 10 hours of training time

Silver Fitpiggy: Accumulate 20 hours of training time

Gold Fitpiggy: Accumulate 40 hours of training time

Ultimate Balance Test:
At the statistics screen (The screen after you choose your mii), there is the balance board character running on a treadmill in the background. Click him with your pointer and you will be asked if you would like to participate in the ultimate balance test

Alternate Jogging Routes:
When jogging, occasionally a dog will run past you and your trainer. Quickly sprint past the trainer and you will follow the dog instead, taking you on a different route around the island.

91 Pin Strike in Power Bowling Training:
(Wii Sports)
To get an automatic 91 pin strike in the last round of Power Bowling, Throw the ball on the right or left rail (depending on if you are right or left handed) so that it stays on it the whole time. If it reaches the end without falling off, you will hear a "click" and an explosion. Then all the pins will fall down from the shockwave. NOTE: This only works on the last round.
