Let's attack our food plans today!
Let's try and replace one unhealthy "food habit" today with a healthy food habit.
For instance, if you always like to have dessert after supper, try having fruit instead of ice cream even if you get the healthier versions.
Or replace your normal vegetable cooking oil with olive oil.
Something like that.
