I was so happy to see that so many met the goal of walking yesterday!!
So today let's try to energize ourselves with some stretching.
If you are at work you can do some desk stretches. If you are at home you can do some more extensive ones! Just do you body some good and really stretch today.
Now you can do this several times today! This is a good way to wake yourself up! Release tense muscles if you are working on a computer, or have been doing work around the house or before starting your workout at the gym and doing it after your workout!
