Well, I need to get honest with myself. I've been too casual about what I am eating and what I am doing. It's showing up on the scale and in how I am feeling.

It's time to be thoughtful and careful, as this is not the result I want.

I am up at least 14 lbs since December and I feel bloated and draggy.

Down 10.5 for the week. If wishes were horses beggars would ride and I would lose the same for about 6 weeks--LOL

That means I am down about 2 pounds since weigh-in before vacation. I bought the Aria scale and I am also down about 2 pounds in muscle, because my body fat percentage has gone up. Am going to try and focus a little more on my strength training this week.

I know what you mean about splurge days. This week I took it to extremes, so I expect to have gained weight. Plus, I drank coke several times.... and that s a big no-no.

Debbie, I seem to have had 2 top of my caloric range days and one major SPLURGE DAY this week. Need to buckle down.

My goal is to eat 4 meals of fish this week, and No Splurge Days. My vacation is one month from Monday and I want my new good habits to be even closer to 2nd nature!

I don't like how SP rounds numbers for the loss. I lost 0.5 pound last week 2.7 this and this week, SP has on my activity feed I am down 4. I actually wish I had lost 4 but I am happy!

Too early to know how I feel yet--but I am thinking today will be emoticon

Debbie, don't forget, you have an injury. That does affect weight loss. I was told that the body will hold fluids around an injury to give it some cushion.

Also you know your body. Mine for instance, in the past when I did not lose weight for a couple weeks, I did lose inches. A loss of 15 pounds for a year is not bad. At least you did not do like I did and gain 70 lbs before getting back into the swing of things! Sometimes I could kick myself--but I am looking forward not back.

Landscaping took longer than expected; it was 4 PM by the time we got down to Deer Creek. They close the range at 4:30 to clean up and be out of there by 5. So we elected to just make it another day. However, we enjoyed the country ride. Thanks for asking!

Anyway, shooting a pistol probably would not have been the best thing for my shoulder.

Unbelievably, I am down - 5.6 pounds for the week. (Maybe last week was a fluke weigh in cause it showed me gaining +3.4.) I weighed myself a couple of times to make sure this week's number of 198.6 was accurate, and it was.
