Since I am starting over I decided the first week to focus on water, the second week to focus on exercise and the third week to get more into my meal planning. I also plan on not drinking more pop.


I WILL look to smaller goals to accomplish the final goal!

I joined 8 days ago. So far I have lost 7 pounds.

I would love to lose 10 pounds in 10 days!

My weekly goal for Sat. 8/16-Fri. 8/22 is to try some type of different exercise each day to wake my body up! Today I did 25 min. of Pilates!

Thank you! The only time we drive over there is if its bad weather or if we don't have a lot of time. The walk is nice.

We also managed to get in a 6 mile bike ride on a cool bike path near the house which ends over by Easton. It was a lot of fun.

I needed to go to the store, so I walked, and got in a nice 1 mile walk! The gym has been kicking my butt with no rewards so I'm not going back for a couple of days!

My goal for this week is to do cardio 3 days this week. Which means if my husband is working late again every day and I have to pick up the baby then I will have to do my taebo DVD or use my own elliptical at home and not go to the gym. If not I will go to the gym.

My other goal is to do strength exercises 5 days this week before showering and make my husband join me. He needs to tone up too even though he weighs nothing. Doesn't hurt him to exercise too!! emoticon

My back is sore today because I slept all twisted again! So I think I will pass on the gym just for today, but in it's place I did the daily challenge for today. We are also moving boxes tonight out of our storage, so i'm sure I'm still getting some exercise, just not the gym.

I'm also job hunting today which is never fun. Anyone looking?

My goal for this week is do an toning exercise routine at home before showering and sleeping the rest of the week. I want to do this starting tonight. So it would be Tuesday - Friday. I will give myself a break on Saturday and Sunday. So my goal should be completed by 7/25.
