I struggle a lot with emotional eating and right now I HATE exercise but I know it's the right medicine. I have the tools to do what I need to do - thanks for sharing...it's definitely 'food for thought.'

Great reminder - Thanks! There are also other things too, particularly if you have already done your exercise for the day (you can exercise too much). Do your "hobby", particularly if it something done with your hands (paint, knit/crochet, crafts), meditate. These things occupy your mind and have beneficial impact on your emotions too
