HI,

Up 10 pounds since I tried changing my diet to eat every 3 hours. Not really working for me.

Getting out more walking and working in the yard emoticon Feels so good to outside again after the long winter.

I have also been buying more fresh fruits and veggies. emoticon emoticon

Can't remember when I had last had a slice of bread emoticon

I started using a toning band and found that I can hurt in parts of my body that I did not know existed !! emoticon

Today is the first day of Spring and the beginning of my journey to recover from a long, inactive, unhealthy eating winter. emoticon

I would love to have you join me and form a mini group (right here) to help support and motivate each other. emoticon

Since the snow has melted I have been making an effort to go out walking even if only for 10 minutes. My motivation and energy are low but improving.

My goal is 1 pound per week and I will weigh in every 7 days. emoticon
