In this game, we give ourselves points for the things we do each day and take away points for things we did that weren't good for us or things we did not do that we should have.
This challenge starts Sunday because the SP fitness tracker counts from Sunday to Saturday (which will help you with your calculations later in the week).
Light Cardio minutes - 1 point for each minute intense cardio minutes - 2 points for each minute Weight training minutes - 2 points for each minute HIIT or burst Cardio - 3 points for each minute Planning a workout and NOT doing it - minus 5 points Staying within your calorie range - 5 points Crunches or reverse crunches - 5 points Pushups, modified pushups, burpees - 5 chinups or pullups- 5 points drinking your 8 glasses of water per day - 5 points NOT drinking at least 8 glasses of water today - MINUS 10 points Posting your progress each day - 5 points
Extra Credit - something that you accomplished, something that you are proud of yourself for doing or NOT doing, a Personal Record in a workout, resisting a temptation, overcoming a fear or resistance, realizing something about yourself and dealing with it - you get the picture - 10 points (Copied and pasted from one of Julee_D's previous challenges.)
