No, I changed up and only did 5 minutes of rebounding. It is harder and made me tired more quickly. However this particular type of exercise was touted this morning in the news as being great for bone strength.

Yes, I actually walked with friends for 40 min. Today. I'm new. How does exercise heal GERD ? I have been on provided for a year due to a scarred esophagus. I just went off again, two days ago to see if the pain stays gone. It hasn't before . I've been trying to manage hypothyroid , fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, about 40 years of depression and prediabetes. The scarred esophagus was found while being diagnosed with COPD. I actually need to learn a lot more on how to keep the pain away naturally,
