Yes, 40 minutes walking and 65 minutes stationary bike at the gym earlier today. I was sick this morning with acid reflux and could not keep my food down after breakfast, I had oatmeal,blueberries and yogurt. It must be something I had yesterday.When I felt better I had a shower and carried on for the day.
