After dropping Robert off at school, I went and w worked out at the fitness center with friends from the silver sneakers class. I walked on the treadmill for 34 minutes and 60 minutes in silver sneakers class.

Did 92 minutes again today at the fitness center. 60 minutes of it was with the Silver Sneakers class. Then went to Payless shoes for a new pair of work out shoes. The other 32 minutes was done running on the treadmill.

I took a 3.10 mile walk this afternoon, took me just about 45 minutes, though I wasn't trying to keep any particular pace. I just enjoyed the day outside and explored an area of one of the nearby country roads I hadn't been down before.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out.
I spent 67 minutes on the treadmill. Then I rode the bike for 44 minutes. Then attended the Silver Sneakers Class for One Hour.
I then went to the school and helped out in the 4th grade special Education with math and reading. After school my son Robert wanted to go to the gym to work out and I worked out on the weight machines for 25 minutes.
I lost 4 pounds this week. That makes 12 pounds down in three weeks.

Happy April Fools Day Today walked 3 miles in 50 min. and did 15 min. on stationary bike. It is fun to find something that works. Have been losing 2 pounds a week. I know this is going to be how I eat and exercise for a very long time. Have met some very nice people and have learned many new things.

Good Evening Everyone,
Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out. I did 64 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes biking, 30 minutes on the weight machines and 60 minutes doing Silver Sneakers Circuit training class.
Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out. I spent 38 minutes on the treadmill. Then I rode the bike for 42 minutes. Then I went to circuit training class for 60 minutes.
I came home and did one load of clothes and hung them out to dry then my husband called and needed help with computer work over the phone. I then went and picked up my son and he brought me supper before church. I lost 2 pounds on the scale this week.
