I am still in the same weight range that I was the last time I logged in - a year ago.

The good thing about that...I'm not gaining.....(sighs....)

I don't know about the rest of you, but I need daily accountability or I seem to fall off the wagon. I am challenging you to enter you weight each and every day. At the end of the week you can add the weights together and then average them to find out what your weight averages in a week. After you have weighed daily for 2 weeks you can subtract week 2 from week one to see what your weighloss was for the week.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds by early July.
