Monday - zip zilch nada so far today. Recess duty was even indoors as it was raining, so I didn't even get outside to walk a bit!

Plan on doing at least a couple of miles on the gazelle later and then doing at least 20 minutes of strength training.

about 62 minutes on gazelle and then walked as much as I could on recess and parking lot duty today. Got in over 10 000 steps and then the hour on the gazelle gave me about 6 miles. Woo-hoo! I'm pumped today! In the middle of my strength training as well. I'll be sore tomorrow, lol!

Had about 1 hour home today and that included making something to eat and making lunches for tomorrow. Decided to make today a cardio rest day.
