I am so glad that some people have found this to be helpful. I have been very busy. My husband took some time off of work to be home for Christmas, and we have been spending a lot of time together. I did not have that much time when I posted this(the healthy info below) but wanted to try to find something for people on this team because I know a lot of people need help during this time of year. I am really having to depend heavily on God this Christmas to keep my calories to a minimum and to exercise enough, and not eat too many sweets. I have found strength through God, and I am happyto say I actually lost 2 pounds this past week!
