Hi guys! Hope you are having a great week end! It has been emoticon the last several days but now it is completely cloudy. Oh well, we must take the good with the bad right?! I don't work, however, I am involved with doing volunteer work, so when it is nice during the week I have plenty of time to enjoy it.

When I saw this question on sparkpeople I thought, ya this would be a good thing for everyone to know. There is so much crap we have in our food. The things that are really good & natural to eat that they can't put junk INTO, like fruit, they put junk ON IT. So, we just have to do our best to protect ourselves.
