Sorry glittergirl, but I did not find ANY help from those web sites.
You are right , though, alot of restaurants do NOT want you to know the calories, fat, and salt in their foods. So many are just out of site WRONG for us to eat!
MY NEW saying: (borrowed from Delila)
"If you want to do something, you'll find a way, if you don't, you'll find an excuse."
Thanks for posting this. In fact, just earlier today I had something from out and I could not find the info for it.
"Success is the best revenge."
I put these in my favorites.I've come such a long way from when I first started.
I love that I can log everything I eat.I even do it when I over eat because it tells me what I'm lacking. There is soooooooooo much info here.
Thank you Shelly, I devour everything you put in.
Asking God for help has been such an eye opener for me & because I do He's always there.
I know that my weight has been my protection from when I turned 40 & my husband walked out with a 22 year old girl that my husband and I were counceling her & her husband. We we're going to be Pastors.Getting ready to go to bible college.
When You swear in your soul you'll never be hurt again you keep people that hurt you & your self in bondage.Joyce Meyer "BEAUTY FOR ASHES" taught me to for give,& alot of prayer & counceling from a great Pastor..BUT the weight came on as a protection so no one would get close to me again.Getting under 180 has proven to be that I'm on my way to better health inside & out.Everytime in the past that I went under 180 I'd start to over eat.Now I understand why.
I'M NOT WHERE I WANT TO BE,BUT THANK GOD I'M NOT WHERE I USE TO BE.
Ever go to a fast food restaurant & ask for the nutritional information and they don't have it? How about trying to find the restaurant nutrition information on line? Many restaurants don't want consumers to know the tons of calories they just ate. Here are some really good web sites that will tell you nutrition information and sooooooooo much more. caloriecount.com , calorieking.com , dailyplate.com , and dietfacts.com
