I use the tracker for every meal - not always to plan but definitely to record what I've eaten ... and especially to work out whether I can "afford" a treat in the evening!
I find when I use the tracker I lose and when I skip it I don't seem to do so well - I wonder why?
It is a fair bit of work entering all the UK foods, but once you've got your favourites in, it's easy to select your own foods. If you search for things like Asda, Tesco, and other UK brands you'll find a fair number of other UK members have already done the work for you
