I like to keep track of my physical activity. I don't always care too much about tracking what I eat; my physical condition is much more important to me that specifically how much weight I carry.
I find I do more things that require greater energy; whether doing things at a higher pace or substituting activities that burn more calories in the same time frame. This plus what less significant changes I have made in eating habits is the key to my weight loss which is around thirty pounds since last winter..
