Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Instructions for "Copy and Paste"

Go to the original post.
Click your mouse so cursor (pointy thing) is right before the words GO TO ORIGINAL POST.
Using the regular mouse button, hold it down as you scroll down the entire post. It should highlight (turn a different color) as you go.
When you get to the bottom of #32 stop.
Use the RIGHT button on your mouse and click at the end.
You should get a little drop-down menu that somewhere on it should say "copy". Use LEFT mouse button to click on that. That will copy everything you have highlighted.
Now go up to the beginning of the thread at the top of whoever posted last and click on Reply just like you would to make a regular post.
When you get your blank message screen just take your mouse and RIGHT click once again to bring up the drop-down menu and look for "PASTE". LEFT click on that and your form should show up ready for you to "filling the blanks"!
Hope this helps. It really comes in handy for lots of stuff like when you want to copy and paste part of what someone says into your post as a quote. I also use it when I read Spark things that I want to remember but not have the whole article, I will copy and paste what I want to save or reread into and e-mail to myself.
