Hi Diane.
Just noticed your post and no responses. I have challenged myself to get some challenges going again.
I started pushups again yesterday with 45
Today I am going to do at least 60
As of next week I start a new schedule which allows me to walk before work and I am challenging myself to get 3 hikes in a week before work through the month of March.

Got 100 pushups in today!!

Here's my challenge to myself for December because getting regular exercise IS my biggest challenge: Exercise every day until Christmas and I get a free pass on Christmas Day. I'm tracking on my blog post with what I do each day, and it gives me a good visual of where I'm at. So far I'm 3 for 3. Join me?

I propose a new challenge, since we don't have one currently going on!

Cardio/Strength Training, {10min = 5pts (max pts=15 per day)}
Freggies: 5 a day {10pts a day}
Water: 8 cups = 5pts; 10cups = 10pts; 12+cups = 15pts; (max pts a day = 15pts)
Total Max pts you can earn in a day = 40pts
