S- Say something inspirational to team members at least once for the entire month. (If you would like to do it more times feel free to, it may go a long way for other members to hear something good or inspirational).
P-Play- Relax with play, any activity that you enjoy that gets you moving.
R- Replenish- Drink 8 glasses of water for 1 week straight (7days)
I- Initiate change- Change one unhealthy habit for a good/ healthy habit (instead of french fries eat veggies, instead of eating out [drive thru] 4 times a week do it 3 times, take a parking space that is further away from the store [those extra steps may help]
N-Nutrition Plan- Record what you ate (completely; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) for a week straight.
G- Get outdoors- For the entire month Log in 8 hours of outside activity (in other words go outside and play with the kids, garden, hike, walk, bike ride, or do something outside).
