I completed my second new recipe yesterday. I got one of the Club House spice mixes. They have these new ones out that has all the spices in there to make a meal for 4. We did the Tuscan Chicken one last night and it was yuuuuuummy! :)
It was really easy too:
Chicken, onion, celery, green pepper, spice mix, can of tomatoes and rice.
It turned out quite well and was very good with some toast.
I'm going to enter it into Spark Recipe on the weekend to make sure on the calorie count. I don't imagine it would be too high with those ingredients!
