Well...here it is September - looking back, I did not fare very well on my "summer" goals.(4 OUT OF 10) BUT I am still here and still trudging forward - so that is at least something!!
#1. Lose 10#'s in June and then the remaining 21.5 by Sept.1 to reach final goal. DIDN'T REACH FINAL GOAL BY SEPT. NOW SHOOTING FOR BY DEC. 31 SINCE IT IS COMING OFF SO SLOWLY.
#2. Be more consistent with my weight/strength training workouts. Shoot for 3 60 min. sessions per week. STILL HIT AND MISS
#3. Get running/training for 5K on Aug. 3rd at the Spiedie Fest. YES!!! AT LEAST 1 ACCOMPLISHED - RAN 3 SO FAR THIS SUMMER!!
#4. Stretch DAILY!! - NOT ON A REGULAR BASIS
#5. Choose to be happy..."don't worry, be happy". AGAIN - NOT ON A REGULAR BASIS
#6. Hit AT LEAST 1 over the fence. - NOPE
#7. Be more thankful for everything that I have. YES - I TRULY AM!
#8. Continue to keep my mom & sister active and motivated in this "journey" also. THEY ARE STILL WITH ME - ALTHOUGH NOT WHERE I WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE.
#9. Remember that I cannot do this alone...I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. (Phil 4:13) I HAVE NOT ALWAYS REMEMBERED THIS - WILL CONTINUE TO TRY
#10. Improve on my patience with people. STILL IS A WORK IN PROGRESS BUT HAVE MADE GREAT STRIDES IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
