oops so tired - I forgot my walk with the dogs before volleyball another 30 min

well i did 20 minutes of "walk away the pounds" at home today before work..

Kayla: 20 minutes
Team: 175 minutes

Should we track a group total??? I put it as well, just in case, but if you don't want to, that's fine too! I added up what was listed so far (120 + 35 + 20)

Great idea, you are a fantastic role model Kobe! Sorry you lost at VB.

I was zero yesterday, had my reasons - I knew from the get-go, and called it my day off. Unless you can call carrying a million plants inside the house strength training - to prevent the frost from killing them!

Today I will walk for 2 miles at the track (35 minutes), walk the pup and do a little softball tonite ;)

Wed:30 min-Walked to Boscov's at lunch
60 min sand volley ball @ otsiningo - 4 people (we got beat all 3 games emoticon
30 min on my exercise bike

120 minutes for Wed.
