My revised calories/plan are listed on the SP my Nutrition part of this site... I'll post them here or there (or at least that's the plan lol) ... Today they are there :) Plus that helps us get more points!

THIS didn't last long! I've been so busy at work.. haven't had enough time to come here and post :(

I have been eating not so bad but I haven't been counting my calories... that needs to change.. now!

Note: Usually i do not eat that much for breakfast but my coworker brought in bagels so, i treated myself to one..

I'm going to start logging my calories, or at least most of them, in here... It seems easier than entering everything into the log on SP but eventually I may get back to that.. we'll see...
