I've found in the past it is extremely helpful to put down your progress somewhere in writing. Please use this board as a way to track anything you want for yourself!
Some ideas include:
-- daily/weekly weigh ins and/or measurements
-- daily food eaten/calories consumed
-- daily workout plan/success
-- personal journal
-- list of things to do/goals to accomplish
-- track oz of water you drank each day
-- ANYTHING else you think will help you! :)
If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.
You shall not try to relive yesterday for good or ill, it is forever gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now!
