I feel the same way. Some people don't understand what a blog should be. I have people who write 3 and 4 a day and I'm limited on time and won't read more than one per person a day. If a blog is long it should be interesting and not just disjointed ramblings.

true and lots of us belong to several teams . we have one person . who every day
sends an e-mail . full of scriptures along with it . a journal of what is done in
a day . i sent an e-mail back a month ago . and said sounds like your doing a personal
journal on line . still going on . after 2 months i have stop responding . he said if i stop reading and no response . he would stop .never happen . soi think time is a factor.
i dont have time to read real long ones . like mine !!!!!! emoticon

Well, no one offering up any Challenges? Well, providing nothing else breaks down on this ole gal- I'm looking to do a 5K walk/run. I don't even care whether I place or win, its doing it and the cause that matters. For Diabetes.

I like an exercise/ fitness challenge--but it has to be something I have a chance at given my health issues and wheelchair use at the present. Maybe it could be a fast break type goal or measuring improvement. One of my teams has created a month long Olympic type challenge, divided into 4 week long components. (This week is stretching wihich is so good for the arthritis...) Maybe it could be a challenge regarding trying a new activity or adding something new to your regular routine at least temporarily, on a try-it basis.

I have a long term goal, 2 medium goals and 2 right now goals all focusing on fitness. I have good nutritional goals that are working fairly well, although I am here for a reason, to find out and try the low-carb eating. (My book isn't here yet.) The nice thing about team challenges is that there are usually 3 or 4 to choose from and you can pick the ones that will help you to reach and/or maintain your goals.

Well I can give you lots of ideas..lol..I have enough teams for me and my mother combined..smiles.

8 or more glasses of water a day(10 glasses a day is good if you have arthritis im told)

10000 steps plus if you have a pedometer

minutes in exercise daily

how many days a week after 7pm there was no snacking

multivitamins anyone?

5+hours of sleep per night

How about a goal of exercising everyday for at least 15 minutes?

Getting off the couch burns more calories than sitting on it.
