I actually feel guilty now when I don't workout. It is just me but I challenged myself to do a daily workout of at least 20 minutes 7 days a week for an entire month. It became a habit and now I actually feel bad when I miss a workout. I am now down to 6 scheduled days and one day "off" but my "off" day still includes playing Wii games with my kids (usually dance games so I do move) or going on walks when there is nothing to watch or do around the house.
Grats to both of you - on the weightloss & the maintain. I'm at 178.8, and my goal is to lose over the holidays. But I have such a bad habit of being motivated for a week or two and then completely losing it and being a couchpotato for a month or two. I'm really not sure how to keep kicking myself in the butt and not lose that momentum or motivation. DH doesn't motivate me, he's fine with me exercising or being a bump on a log, whatever.
This is my starting point. Neck 15 Bust 43 Waist 39 Hips 45 Thighs 19 Calf 14 arms 12 Wrist 6.5 Weight 181 I need to drink more water on the weekends! My goal is to be 161 by 12/14/10 which is my bday!
