I think this year I prefer to call them attainable goals!lol I want to reach me ultimate weight goal, and since I have less then 15 pounds to go now, I really hope that is feasible! Danny got me heavier weights and a workout mat with a dvd for Christmas and I worked out with the weights this morning--WOW what a difference 3 lbs on each side makes!! Anyway I digress, where was I? Oh yeah, and I really want to make more gifts next year for Christmas, so my attainable goal for that will be to complete at least 1 gift each month for December 25th. I feel they are dual purpose because I don't like to eat while sewing so I don't get stuff on the material and if I'm sewing I won't be bored and want to eat for no reason. Kinda keeps going round and round, huh?lol I think that's it for now.

Take one day at a time, that's how they were given to you for goodness' sakes!!
Now that some of you have posted yours, I'll tell you how I feel. I have made "resolutions" in years past and have NEVER been able to keep one. So I am not going to call mine a New Year's Resolution but instead I'll just say I have New Year's Intentions. That way, I won't beat myself up so bad. LOL
I intend to keep to the program and reach my goal in 2009 and that is one I'm pretty sure I can do. I also intend to keep a positive attitude and be a positive influence on others.
Thanks, y'all, for sharing yours!!!

I am not so much making resolutions this year, but I am starting a different fitness approach. I do turbo jam every morning except Sunday. Cardio one day, sculpting the next. So this year I am starting Chalean Extreme. It is mostly weights. I am going for big results! That starts the beginning of the year! Woohoo!

Hi team! Since the end of 2008 is swiftly approaching I thought we could share our resolutions for 2009. If, that is, you are making resolutions this year. I'll let y'all know what I'm going to do once a few of you post. And post I hope you will!
