OMG, I had JUST finished posting the below-mentioned information for this team and the other team I lead when I had mail! I opened it and, lo and behold, there has been given to us yet another tool! Where the Team Goals are there now checkboxes! Now, will that save time or what? Plus, if we want, we can now make other goals where we do something 3 or 4 times a week and we can still track them as a successful goal! So if anybody wants a change in a goal or 2, let me know and we'll fix it like y'all want it!
I don't know if you've noticed or not but we have yet another useful tool to help us on our goals! In the nutrition section where you track your food there is now a place to click for 'copy this meal to another day'. This will save time for you if you eat the same meal often. You can just click and choose the date to copy to and, voila!, it's all recorded and counted for you! Pretty good, huh?
They also have a link for your grocery list. I don't use this feature but if you do it should be pretty helpful. If anyone has used this new tool and could explain to the team, I'd appreciate it!
