I have to admit if I am going to slack off and cheat a little, it is on the weekends.
It just that we are more likely to barbcue and have a big breakfast on the days my husband is home. He works only monday to friday.
I guess that is why this is suppoed to be a lifestyle change and not just a diet.
Do you think we will ever get to the point where healthy eating and exercise isn't a constant obsessive thought and just part of life?
I love food and am hoping I won't always miss cheeseburgers and buttered popcorn.
