I had to start making my own soaps, after a while and lots of encouragement I now sell them all natural and I do special orders as well. I do not use any harsh chemicals, no chemicals at all, they are all plant based, you could eat, or drink my soaps. I make laundry soap, scented or unscented. It is a liquid. I do not use LYE I use other cleaners
If anyone is interested let me know

I wash my clothes with white vinegar, then hang them out on the line. Sometimes they require multiple washings. I recently asked a neighbor to fix some embroidery on some blouses for me and she returned them all washed and pressed...I had to wash them all 3 more times with vinegar and hang them out for several days. I can still smell the detergent that she used. It just takes time and enough other clothes to be able to keep them out of the rotation for a while.

How do you remove scents form your clothing? I have tried white vinegar but my clothes still have a smell to them.

Thanks for the info . and asking me to join.. Go figure with my allergies I can not use vinegar either. Lemon scent works great nothing with a heavy odor.

The dogs had fleas and I don't have money for flea medicine this week so I washed them Dr. Bronners undiluted and it killed all the fleas! I was careful not to leave it on long.

There is Baby soap (talcum scent YUCK) Peppermint. Unscented and Almond. Peppermint has peppermint and that is antifungal and does an awesome job on grout. It is available at Whole foods and I am sure trader Joes. It is concentrated you don't use it straight. It's got olive oil in there. It will burn the crap out of any open sore. So for the dogs I would use Almond or unscented. (It's the peppermint that burns)

Debra Lynn Dadd also recommends Dr. Bronners. I have never tried it, but am thinking I might try it on my dogs. The glycerine soap does an okay job, but a bit of peppermint might be nice, if my lungs can tolerate it. It seems like anything strong smelling irritates them.

Can you use Dr. Bronners peppermint soap? You'd have to dilute it a lot. It's good at picking up grime and mold smell like mint. Does not leave a stick reside. Can be eaten. (All natural)

Hey y'all hope everyone is doing fine. Does anyone have a recipe for general cleaning and deep cleaning stuff. This is driving me crazy. Everything gives me a headache. My husband tried that swiffer stuff, not only did I get a headache but it left a sticky feeling on the floor. Stuff will kill your animals anyway. I wanted to try the Method brand but I don't need anymore headaches. I tried diluted vinegar but i don't think I diluted it enough because I got a headache. If you could send them 2 me at spark mail I would sure appreciate it. Hope everyone is having a great holiday.
