MapMyWalk and MapMyRun are amazing - they track your walk/run via gps, give you calories burned, average time per mile, etc. For calories I use the MyFitnessPal app - it's a lot better than tracking on this site or with any other app I have tried.

Oh sweet! That app will let me track my walks around the office. As obsessive as I am, I don't allow myself to break out the Garmin for a lunch break walk. Teehee.

I'll check it out. I didn't like SparkPeople's droid app, but I've been playing with one called My Fitness. It wants to starve me, but it's easy to use and I can do the mental adjustment for its net calorie goal.
